While other “modern” lock boxes mount on a pedestal or to the outside of your building (which means they can be easily broken into and keys can be stolen), Kiwi Kiosks mount through your wall. Just like an ATM, the customer interacts using a kiosk outside your building while all the keys are safely stored inside your building! Our unique engineered design prevents a thief from reaching inside the key slot to access stored keys.
many service managers admit that their staff does NOT reset their lockbox codes with every use!
Kiwi Kiosks offer the only 100% no-contact solution for customer key drop-off and pick-up. Kiwi connects customers to keys to service orders AND manages all security codes and customer authentication. The tech simply hangs the key on the designated hook in the safe storage box inside the building, and your customers pick-up their keys, using their own mobile phone and Kiwi App, at the kiosk outside your building.
when you can’t be there 24 hours per day – Kiwi Kiosks can!

Cox Automotive group reported in November 2025 that Dealer service retention is in a rut. They noted that only 54% of the people with cars two years old or newer went back to the dealership where they purchased their vehicle for service. This is down form 72% in 2023. They go on to state: there is an “urgent need for dealerships to reassess their service strategies to recapture market share and enhance customer retention”.
