Kiwi-App

Kiwi-App is part of the Kiwi-Kiosk Suite of tools.  It is a stand alone application which is used by both  Shops and Customers. It is also used to operate the Kiwi-Kiosk for key pickup. Kiwi-App provides for contactless and every efficient interaction between the Shop and the Customer – 24/7. 

Kiwi-App performs 3 operations:

1.       eDropOff – which is used to request services, sign the request and drop off the keys with positive key ID and auto ID.

a.       Shops which participate will be able to post their to 10 “quick services” that the customer can pick from.  Otherwise, a generic list of quick services is used.

b.       Customers are able to free text service request data

2.       eGloveBox – this is the customer portion which stores their driving documents and makes them available 24/7 at the touch of a button!  The app is set up to send e-mail reminders for renewal of each of these documents so that the user can keep them current!

3.       eQuickDrop (Valet Mode) – this is designed for Locations which want minimal information AND positive key ID for keys dropped off.  The customer enters generic request information, Takes a photo of their key and then drops them off.  This information is then transferred to the participating Kiwi Location (shop, hotel, valet, etc.) which can then act upon it. 

Kiwi-App is used to operate the Kiwi-Kiosk, which the Shop may choose to install for 100% secure 24/7 key return!

eDropOff

  • Kiwi-App Main Menu

    If your Shop is participating and the customer sets up their Kiwi-App account under your Shop, then your shop name will appear at the top of their mobile screen and will be the DEFAULT pick for requesting auto services.

  • Step 1 - Request Services

    The customer is presented with the top 10 Quick pick services of your Shop if it is participating.  They can select one or more services and can enter free text as well.

  • Step 2 - Signature

    The customer then Signs the Service Request.

  • Step 3 - Optional Key Pick-Up

    If the Shop has a Kiwi-Kiosk for returning keys 24/7,  the customer may indicate that they want to pick up their key through the Kiwi-Kiosk.

eGloveBox

  • Overview

    The customer can enter their driving documents and expiration date for each one.  The documents are SHARED to all linked “drivers” of the auto so that any of them can display the documents in the eGloveBox.  This is very handy if stopped.  Additionally, the information that the customer enters regarding expiration will trigger a reminder when it is time for renewal! This keeps them up to date and driving SAFELY! 

  • License

    This is where the customer can store a digital copy of their License.

  • Auto documents!

    This is where the customer can store digital copies of relevant auto documents - Registration, Insurance, Inspection Records, etc.

eQuickDrop (Valet Mode)

  • Overview

    The eQuickDrop allows the customer to send auto and key ID and signed request to participating Location. This is a minimalist solution and can be used for services such as Valet.

  • Step 1 - Set Drop-off Location

    The customer enters the displayed Kiwi ID for the Location and can add additional information (service needed, hotel stay length, etc.) in a text message box.

  • Step 2 - Sign and Drop

    The customer signs the request and takes a photo of their keys and then drops them off at the designated drop location.  This information is then sent to the shop, valet, etc. that is registered to the Kiwi Location ID.
